1. Who You Are Hiring

Nice Develop, CIF B-XXXXXXXX, Barcelona, Spain.

2. What We Do

Mobile app development, delivered digitally. The specific scope is defined in each project proposal you approve before we start.

3. Money

Prices in EUR. IVA (VAT) at 21%. We accept Stripe and bank transfer. For projects over 500 EUR, we ask for 50% upfront and the rest on delivery.

4. Who Owns What

The app code is yours after you pay in full. We keep the right to mention the project in our portfolio (no confidential details). Our internal tools and reusable libraries stay ours.

5. Honest Disclaimers

We build the app. We do not guarantee it will make money, get featured on the App Store, or go viral. Those things depend on your product, your market, and factors we do not control. What we do guarantee is professional, working code delivered on the agreed timeline.

6. If Things Go Wrong

We are liable up to the amount you paid us for that specific project. Not more. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or decisions made based on our advice.

7. Cancellation

Before we start coding: full refund. During development: you pay for completed sprints. After delivery: no refund.

8. Legal Stuff

Spanish law applies. Courts of Barcelona. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.

9. Your Consumer Rights

14-day withdrawal per Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007). This right is waived once we start writing code, with your explicit consent.
